Yuuguu?

DISCLAIMER: This post may be extremely boring.

Today I wanted to demo a blog that I had built for someone, and show them how to edit its content. I was looking for software that would allow me to screencast the demo over the internet. I found a little free app to help me meet this need. Yuuguu
At first glance Yuuguu looks like your typical instant messaging program (ala AIM, iChat, etc..), but the cool little hidden feature that it comes with makes this a gem.

Yuuguu allows you to screencast in real time to the person you are chatting with. That means you could demo a piece of software on your system, surf the web, and your friends will see it. It also gives you a “big brother” feature of taking control of your friends computer. This would be very useful if you want to fix your someones computer over the internet.

I thought it was cool. Check it out.

Hi Steve - many thanks for the post. We’ll be out in San Diego 4th week of September at DEMOfall 07 where we’re going to be demonstrating some new stuff.

That does sound cool. Just so ya know, iChat is supposed to have that feature as well when Leopard OS comes out in October.
