This is for all my worship leader/pastor friends out there. Being a point person for worship ministry in a church has its victories and challenges. For this post I wanted to focus on the challenges.
Here is my question for you: What is your biggest frustration, challenge, or thing that drives your absolutely insane about leading a worship ministry?

While I am here I will give my most pressing challenge. Finding musicians! I don’t know what it is, but for some unknown reason, musicians have stopped walking through our doors.
I am praying that this trend will break someday soon. But for now I pray, look, and wait.
Don’t forget your lack of a tech team. I feel your pain, Steve. Unfortunately, I’m contributing to your problem by being out of town.
BTW, tell Craig to sit in more often. I really enjoy playing with him.
